Accessory people are great. But one male at the service desk is quiet arrogant and standoffish. May have been having a bad day? Spoke to him about a well documented warranty issue on my 1600gtl....he said he was unaware of the issue and said they don't sell a lot of these bikes like they do in Europe so did not know much about them. Really?
