I TOTALLY recommend The HT Group (Chelsea Bissell - Austin, TX)!!!

I have a background in Accounting, but when I moved to Austin, I decided to change my career path to something I was more passionate about -- Health & Fitness. For the past two years, I've been grinding and hustling in that industry (personal training, fitness studios, etc.) but I missed a structured schedule. To be honest, I felt like it was really difficult applying for jobs with such an "all-over-the-place" resume, plus, I wasn't going to settle for a job that I wasn't passionate about.

I had the best experience interviewing with The HT Group! They totally have a great system to get customers in & out the door without feeling rushed or inferior. They prep you with what to bring in, what to expect and even have a computer lab for you to complete your post-paperwork. (Nice & efficient)!!

Chelsea Bissell was amazing throughout the entire process! She's super bubbly, she always checked in to see how I was doing, and is just an overall genuine person! She not only found a company that matched with what I wanted to do, but also with the background I was passionate about. I was seriously so excited to interview - which is something I would never say. lol! After my interview, she texted me right away to see how it went and got excited with me when they offered me the job! I can't thank her enough for making this process as smooth and easy for me!
