They do not deliver contracted in 80% of cases, the internet is much slower than contracted, constant equipment failures, channels on opti tv live nonsense very poor quality of receivers and routers. Customer support is disastrous, a bunch of drooling people doing a pattern resetting and temporarily patching up the situation. Don't go to this network, it's catastrophic, this is the worst life decision I've made regarding telephony and the Internet, I definitely don't recommend it.
