I also am impressed with Jacks customer service. I got a part for my lawn mower that I could not use because of a misunderstood parts diagram on our part. JACKS stood firm and just creadieted me the full price for the item which was wrong and said because it was small just keep it.NOW THIS IS GREAT SERVICE.
