4 star hotel but service bad especially for house ...

4 star hotel but service bad especially for house keeping. I stay 4 night and since first day have problem with my bed. First night lamp on my bed have nnnngggg sound so have to wait outside while they fix it. After fix it, room is smelly then have to wait again before can use room. Second day, when back to room after working at night, bed sheet is good, but matted bed linen then have to wait again someone come to fix it. Third day, house keeping not clean my room at all. So when I alrrady really tired for working all day and back around 9.30 PM. I open room and all room is dirty, i can not shower, can not do anything and have to wait and call house keeping to clean it first. I asked the reason, night house keeping also confuse because in their checklist for morning house keeping said they already clean my room. But the fact, they did not clean anything. Fourth day , what happen in second day, did happen again. They just fix bedsheet, but matted bed linen happen again then have to wait house keeping again to fix it, then just can relax
