The lodge is very nice. The front driving in is inviting and the decor inside is really fun/pretty depending on the area. We are a family of 6 so we got a suite. The room was to small to pull out the couch bed and the beds themselves were not clean. (There was hair on the sheets) the balcony is connected for all the rooms so people were outside your door and the flower boxes have wires hanging out of them and no flowers which I found strange. The first staff we came into contact with was at registration and he was quite rude. We went to the pools and slides the kids enjoyed the water areas. The arcade is large and have age appropriate games for all different ages. We went to the restaurants and the food was fine. Again staff isn't very friendly. We are used to great wolf lodge and found the prices for the stay comparable but the amenities and service are no where near as good at the Bavarian as they are at great wolf. All in all the stay was fine but I dont know that we would do it again.
