Service specialist was polite, professional and helpful. I was in there to have some a recall issue dealt with and inspection for an extended warranty that I received.

In my opinion, the only downside to the experience was that because it was a very cold day and early in the morning, the waiting area, that is surrounded by glass was cold - not exactly something they are able to control.
