I recently contacted when my concrete-style fire table that I purchased from Home Depot was deteriorating. I reached out 11 moths after purchase and sent images to their warranty team. While it did take a few extra phone calls to help push things along, I m pleased to say that they refunded me the full amount that I paid for it.
