I put in an order and was having questions about the product and debating about whether to cancel my order. I called in and was instantly helped out by a pleasant and well-informed individual. I decided not to cancel my order and later on received a follow up call confirming my order status as well, with the order being processed with tracking less than an hour after being placed.

Great customer service. I ordered the Midnight Sun LED Jr. It arrived within the week neatly packaged. So far it works exactly as advertised and while the effects are varied person to person, I've noticed immediate effects - if not results.
