Called A#1 Air to come look at our AC unit due to it blowing warm air. Watched the guy spray refrigerant on the AC unit, and he tried to tell me there was a leak. He did the same exact thing on the inside coil, he said there was a leak, and I hear him spray refrigerant. He also told me the compressor was bad. So his recommendation was to replace the whole system. I first called another local company to come give it a look as well. His first comments were, "who was recently here, they sprayed refrigerant everywhere?" He fired up the system, flipped the breakers a couple times to check the valves, and it was magic...the whole system worked fine. Turns out it was a sticky valve, and no issues at all. House is cooling perfect, not refrigerant need for that "leak" that A#1 air said we had.

Such a scam! They work on Commission and this is how they stay alive, scamming people out of money. Please don't use this company, please go to a reputable manufactures website (Bryant was recommended by a distant friend that does HVAC) and find a good service team. That's what I did, and it saved me thousands of dollars. Hope you will do the same.

UPDATE: The response to this review has gone no where. The "make this right" is just a front. I've had no one even try to contact me. Just makes my point even more.
