Unfortunately, they have ruined a perfectly nice hotel. They seem to be converting to a meeting and conference center. Every time I come they are under some renovation which is ugly and inconvenient with no break in price. The lovely bar with a fireplace is gone. The family friendly indoor pool is gone. The restaurant view is surrounded by fencing. The dog friendly rooms are now in an off area. Did not even offer free cookies which costs them about. $0.50. Worst of all, the ample parking at the end of the Marina is now charged at $28. Ridiculous. My bill was $ 40 over what was quoted. Might as well stay in San Francisco. I have been loyal to this hotel for YEARS, but I think I am done.
