I saw an elliptical they were selling advertised online so I called(no one answered) so I sent an email. I told them my budget and asked about what that had. They told me they had a used treadmill so I then asked for a picture and the specs. I tried several times to come to their location to view the treadmill but there was always an excuse. They were closed, no one was available or they had a big install in kennesaw. I continued to exercise patience and work around their schedule but I needed to know the exact price with delivery included and I also wanted to know if the treadmill would come with a warranty. So I emailed my question about the warranty. I received a reply but they ignored my questions and just told me about their lack of availability. So I texted my questions since no one answers the phone and still to no avail. They told me about everything thing else under the sun but never answered my questions. So finally I sent another text telling them I wanted to buy that same day but I needed the exact price for delivery and need to know if a warranty is available. They replied they are focused on a big install in kennesaw and the delivery price would be about maybe 150 but still no answer about the warranty. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and decided to just purchase from a real store that answers their telephone, answers questions and is actually open during their listed business hours. Spend your $ elsewhere!!
