Med-south, inc. & affiliates | helping people live better is an average company. The services provided by the company are satisfactory overall. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and response time. The staff is knowledgeable, but at times, they can be a bit unresponsive. It would be great if they could address customer concerns more efficiently. Overall, my experience with this company has been average.
