I just wasted an entire afternoon to show up to my appointment - which was never inputted into their system! Apparently, the woman Ashley, who took my payment and processed my credit card properly, yet did not input my appointment into the actual scheduling system. WARNING: The front desk woman said, yeah, this isn t the first time it s happened . I live 20+ minutes away, and arranged childcare to accommodate this appointment....... Get a better system in place! Now waiting on my refund, which the front desk woman has no idea to do .
