I received the worst customer service from their sales representative PETE NEESHAM...
1. Lack of follow up - didn't respond to emails, phone calls, or txt messages that span over several months. I only reached out to him to get options and if I was doing everything correctly since it was my first time leasing...
2. He is "car salesperson" what's right for the customer is not his goal, being in sales, individuals like him are why the profession has a bad rep.
3. Once he got me into the lease he didn't want to work with me on the next lease because he knew what a "horrible" agreement I was under. So coming back to him 3 yrs later, he had no response on anything.
4. He feels that since he gets most of his business from referrals or returns of his friends that he didn't have to be concerned with my account or being a true representative.
5. He obviously didn't communicate anything to anyone as I received an email from them asking if I was looking to get into something different since my lease was almost up!!??? I was already in another vehicle from a competitor.
I can't speak on everyone at Autoflex, but I can speak facts about this individual. All other encounters were great even though the message I received from JODY CRAWFORD asking if I wanted to trade in my vehicle that I no longer had, I let her know my issues with NEESHAM and there's still no reply and that was on November 28th...
