After receiving a few quotes in the ball park of +$7,000 from contractors due to a water leak in my basement; I found SQ Consultants online and scheduled an appointment to have them survey my property. A few days prior to my appointment, Syed asked if I can forward the other estimates. After inspecting my property, he asked that we review the other estimates and clearly explained what work the other contractors were charging for. He provided me cost-effective alternatives which would save me thousands of dollars!!! Not only Syed was professional; he was empathetic and understanding to my financial situation. He reassured me the cost-effective alternatives will fix my water leak in my basement.
