I was recently with Four Corners Escrow their business shut down and my account was transferred to Executive Escrow. I was unhappy with Four Corners being treated rude and ignorant. Four Corners Escrow was never late with my payments but they failed to give important billing info or any contact info for the accounts transferred to Executive Escrow. I called Executive Escrow after a week of not receiving my check they said I needed to contact my buyer because they never received the payment. No one took down my phone number for in case they needed to contact me. (My buyer is never late on anything.) Contacted my buyer and he says he made the payment already...."So where was this payment?" My buyer went in person to Executive Escrow office the next day and wow they magically had his payment. He straightened out the payment on a friday, giving the benefit of a doubt I waited for my check until Thursday, nothing! I call Executive Escrow asking where the hell my money was?! She says oh it's sitting right here in front of me I didn't know where to send it. So she couldn't call me, couldn't call my buyer who specifically asked on Friday if they knew where to send MY money...because they didn't take down our numbers! Is it my job to do your job?! They were short and talked circles around me! How long would they of kept MY money just sitting there?! I'm very irritated these ladies just acted like it was no big deal! They were very disorganized and unprofessional!
