We did get a good car for a good price.

We did get a good car for a good price.
Unfortunately, the service department has been a nightmare. We've been told they have new(and very poor) service manager and team. It took over 3 months after we purchased a car to get the promised spare key and floor mats only after following up with them many times and several mistakes along the way. We just now getting a spare key because these guys are so inept, that we had to go to another dealership to get it taken care of. There have been hours of phone calls and wasted time.
