Shameful!!! We bought airpods for my daughter's birthday and when my daughter opened her gift the next day (in front of the whole family who had participated) she noticed that the airpods were not new and that they had been used ( while they were on the shelf with the others) .The case was scratched and the earphones dirty (with the presence of earwax). Inadmissible to return items already used on the shelf, especially at the price where it costs more! Without counting the discomfort and disappointment on his birthday
