I have been dealing with James for a few weeks now...

I have been dealing with James for a few weeks now and have been really impressed with his willingness to answer questions and set up multiple sets of gear for listening sessions. I have extended my commitment to Bluesound at the store as an interim measure while I look to switch from my existing AV set up in to dedicated 2-channel HiFi system.

The customer service to date has been in the upper level of my experiences. The fact that James has listened to me a tailored equipment to suit my taste and budget is appreciated. And best of all no HiFi snobbery! Great place to learn and listen.
