Ben De Kruyter helped me. I usually ask for Ben because I've always gotten friendly, reliable service from him. We know each other now. He knows where I work. I know a bit about his family. I like that feeling. It helps to create trust, I think. Ben understands the constraints of my finances. He'll recommend work on my car and prioritize what should be done immediately (urgent) and then what's next (not as urgent), and so on. I always know how much it's going to cost.

When I need service again, I will ask for Ben!
