I've worked with Silverman McGovern for a little over a year. Everyone is very personable and caring, and they don't feel like "head hunters." I was from out of state and I wanted to move to Rhode Island and they were willing to go the extra mile to help me. They worked to match my skill set and interests with open positions, and I never felt "forced" into something I knew I wouldn't enjoy. I was finally able to obtain a contract position that has now led to a full-time position and I couldn't be happier! I feel blessed to have worked with such wonderful people like Patti and AJ, and they are always willing to answer any of my (constant) inquiries.
