I am disappointed with the new automatic renewal policy for News subscriptions. I did not return their 3 letters telling me that my subscription was coming to an end. They still sent me an email telling me that I owed them $ 55 for the renewal. I had to call them and tell them very clearly that I did not want to renew because they had decided to renew everything without my agreement. Despite this call, I continue to receive letters telling me that I owe them an amount for a subscription that I never renewed. It's a lot like harassment. I miss the news at the time of Carole Beaulieu, which was an informative magazine and much less moralistic.
