I did it e-bsy's way and all the seller said was it was delivered, he offered no solution, and as a consumer through the e-bay brand, I think it's pretty messed up, I never signed for a package, and the bottom line is I never received my item. So e-bay and some stranger just jacked me for $25.00 basically...
