I recently bought the wedding dress from Vera's, everything was fine until i tried it one one more time at my tailor's. We notice a huge pen mark right on the front of the dress. It is a disaster for a bride! I could't do anything with it for 3 weeks because I had to resize it and it was at my tailor's. When I took it to the cleaner's they told me that there's nothing they can do about it, so I called to Vera's for at least some refund for this troubles. The manager was very rude and she was blaming me and my tailor for putting the mark on it. She said I need to bring my dress so they can take a look at it, which is impossible, I have a wedding in 3 days and my dress is still in cleaners in IL. Thank you for ruining my mood and my wedding. I would give a 0 stars if i could
