We were quite disappointed with Jon Grace of Bachelor Vegas/Surreal Nightlife. When trying to sell his services, he promised that after walking us into the venues, he would stick around throughout the day/night to ensure we were taken care of. Literally, 2 minutes after walking us in, he was gone. Had we known this to be the case, we could have just dealt with the club hosts directly. Overall, felt he could be more honest with what services he was offering.

**In response to the reply below** We didn't even go to Calvin Harris...we would suggest you ensure your employees are delivering a consistent message when texting with potential clients, as promising things and not delivering leaves a sour taste
