Valet was welcoming and efficient. Check-in was easy. The room was comfy and clean. Ate at the cafe, was acceptable food and attentive service. Had some hiccups with liaison personnel and was not handled professionally. Checkout was easy. Security was attentive and helpful. Valet was attentive and provided great service.
