Not too bad overall.

Not too bad overall.
- coffee machine, like most hotels. But nothing to stir with...
- small piece of coloured string left on carpet under bedside table. No big deal.
- All interactions with staff seem like they want to finish talking with you as soon as possible. Over the phone, one was so quick to want to dismiss me that he said "thank you, bye" when I still had another question. It was 915 pm, so likely not so busy at the desk... I've felt more welcomed at a McDonald's

Update: Called from room around 9 pm. Asked front desk if I could book another night. Person checked system then said yes, all good, but come pick up new key card in am. Woke up a bit late so rushed out to work, figured I'd get cards upon return.
Go to desk after work, attendant says I'm no longer checked in to any rooms. Asks if my stuff is still in room (of course).
Luckily, room was not booked so she books me in. Goes to see manager to confirm rate. Comes back with excuse "we have new staff, sometimes they don't know how to work the system".
Seriously? Only by luck was my room not taken. There is a manager on duty...i presume to help new staff.
Grow up people. And learn some professionalism.
Also, the front desk staff could really use some lessons in HOSPITALITY.
