Things went missing from our room , none of charging ports worked near our bed , never got new wash cloths, fridge did not get cold, room phone did not work. I also feel like they manipulate the pictures to look better than what the room actually look like. Due to covid the breakfast is something you can heat up in your room which I understand but if you paying the actual extra dollars for breakfast don't waste your time. I would not recommend.
