These people stole my earnest money ($2000) and refused to do business with my bank (River Bank and Trust) AFTER we had the contract signed with that bank listed in the contract as the funding bank. They only work with their own personal banks when doing construction loans, but they didn't tell me that until after I had put money down and signed the contract. They have also tucked a power of attorney in the contract allowing them to confiscate money from your construction account without your consent at any time during the building process. Several of the reputable banks in the area have stopped doing business with them. This is a fraudulent, dishonest company. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague.
