Hotel was decent but weekend was marred with this: Advertised room service which did not happen from the adjoining restaurant, River Rock at the Grand. Said they were too busy and asked us to come down to the restaurant (What's the point of room service?). Did go down to the restaurant and waited for 10 minutes before a waitress finally came over. When I told her I wanted to get food to go, she disappeared for another 10 minutes without taking my order. Finally left and complained at the front desk without any satisfaction. Foolishly tried to get room service the next morning...they answered the phone and hung up without taking our order. Again, front desk could only apologize and nod their head that they were sorry. Didn't expect anything for free but did expect the hotel to let the restaurant know they lost our business.
Will not stay here again and do not recommend it for future travelers.
