Treatment is good. No doubt about that. But there are some flaws that need to be fixed. Lift operators are too much unprofessional and get annoyed by everything. Nurses are helpful but all the other staffs are bit arrogant and don't know how to behave. Patients or the families form outside of Dhaka may find it difficult to deal with the staffs.
