Well, I'm having a bad experience. I made the purchase of a pre-owned car in August. Where they informed me that the car deregistration documents had not yet arrived but they would inform me as soon as they arrived to be able to do the corresponding procedures. Days passed and the documents did not arrive. I was communicating with the pre-owned manager and he rarely responded to messages. And so far I have almost concluded 3 months and it has not been resolved. I do not know has given me the unsubscribe documents, they do not respond to messages or calls. And I continue to meet my payments. It is not possible for them to offer cars that do not have the necessary documents to carry out the corresponding procedures. If anyone knows how to proceed I would appreciate it.
