The is the worst worst worst facility I have been to. Don't be intimidated by their beautiful office. They are just running a business here. They least care about their patient. I have not seen any medical facility as unprofessional as this one. They have a nice and fancy patient portal, which they update right after your clinical visit. They assure you that you can always contact your doctor through the portal, but unfortunately no one replies. Ask for prescription refills, no one responds. If you call them, some operator will take the message from you and no one calls back. If you need a referral. they'll make the process extremely complicated.

This year I decided to change the PCP but the doctor himself assured me that this will not happen again. But absolutely no change. These people are still the same. Please don't waste your time here.
