IKEA is consistently and customer-friendly. The operation is obviously bored in customer care, and seems to have a patience of patience. And the product range is big. But it's not easy to get spare parts or to fix things when they break - then it's also set up to replace the entire item. It's definitely too expensive to have parts in stock and to manage it all. But it's too bad for the environment.
