Recently I bought a 2013 Q5 from this dealership. The process was very smooth.
This dealership responded to my online inquiry within hours followed by phone calls. I was able to make appointment to arrange a test drive soon.
Sale rep Doug was very friendly. He leads me through the test drive, explained features of the car. I loved the handling of the car very much so decided on purchasing one. The negotiation process was straight forward without much drama. Doug was very helpful in explaining the features in the car.
The first 3 days I owned the Q5, I have to drive in the rain on highway. The vehicle proved to be very reliable and easy to handle.Overall I am very happy about this vehicle so far and the purchasing experience.
