Not quite sure how they stay in business, called on a posted load - the first time I was hung up on. So I called right back thinking it was a mistake, the man that answered only said "dispatch" - and when I asked him regarding the posted load he huffed and puffed and told me it was already covered then proceeded to hang up on me again.
If you don't like your job - quit. I as a small business owner would not want him to be the face of my company to the many people calling about carrying their loads. Will not be reaching out them again.
