#Lotus You guys keep repeating it. Do not bother on the defective products you are selling and the staff on customer care is 9% sensible.
I called them 2 days ago to file the complaint against the air cooler we have purchased, company- #voltas. The response for the loose fitting complaint from the customer care executive is if the cooler is working even if the internal parts are getting damaged or fittings are getting dislocated, you/we don't need to bother a lot. We will still file the complaint and I am still waiting for the services to be provided. No complaint id is received.
#voltas service person visited on the 3rd day of purchase for loose fitting complaint last month said when the shared my problem about water level indicator not working, "Sir, this is just for show peice. Water level indicators won't work. Company has provided it for a show peice."
#lotus says the responsibility of them is over once you purchase the product. Now it's you and the brand to deal on whatever problem you faces.
#lotus Do you always need social media posts to act upon any complaint? If yes, i would rather suggest you to stop your customer care services.
