Months ago, I had contacted this company through email asking to set an appointment to visit one of their apartments, with no response. Months later, I called the company to view this same apartment complex and was told that there was an apartment available to view and that someone would do a walk-through with me the next day. I arrive to the apartment complex on time-and no one is there. So I call the company and they tell me that not only is no one going to come, but that the apartment complex has already been leased earlier that day (I received no call of this and my appointment was in the evening), after I took off of work and drove an hour and a half to see it. I am just amazed at the unprofessionalism. No one on the phone offered an alternative or gave suggestions of other apartments that were available... I just got a "this is a misunderstanding".
