Hello, I am writing quickly to tell you about my negative experience at this hospital.

A few days ago we had the opportunity to go to the emergency room because of a shoulder injury to a friend.

Around 12 he was transported in a yellow code helicopter for an accident on the ski slopes.

He was visited and put on hold for a resonance.

We reach him at 14.00 and he tells us that we will have to wait a little longer to do the resonance.

At 16.00 we kindly ask for an update but we are told to wait. At 6 pm still nothing, we wait patiently. At 19:00 a friend reaches us from monza because I had to go home to my pregnant wife.

At 20.00 the resonance had not yet been made and they asked my friend to stop for the night and to do it the next morning, after making him go to the resonance room, where he was treated badly by those who had to deal with it and sent back to PS. All this was motivated by "friction" between first aid workers and laboratory staff or doctors.

My friend, almost shocked as well as injured, asks to be discharged to be treated at the Monza hospital the next morning.

In summary:
1) poor quality of the service offered to a person who has dislocated a shoulder and aching hand immobile, but above all disrespectful
2) we stayed to assist him in 2 for more than 4 hours without any reason.
3) We had another person come from monza to assist him and bring him home, for no reason as the resonance was not made.
