Wonderful learning experience at TAG muay Thai. Kru Chris and his instructors made everyone feel welcome and respected no matter their age, gender or experience. We had teens training with 40 somethings when I attended and everyone felt safe to practise and grow in their skills. If you seek a true muay Thai experience in the Sterling area, I highly recommend training at TAG.
