Beautiful store! But that's about it :( Service is, and has always been scarce.

Tempted by the pastries display cabinet in the cafe, we decided to take a seat and wait to be served. It took about 5-10mins for anyone to make eye contact with us before someone finally brought us a menu. And another 10-20mins before we gave up and left.

A few months later we returned with some friends looking for lunch and hoping for better service. Nope! Still super slow. One meal was not put through on the order. And a request for water was forgotten. Trying to get someone's attention to ask about the water at the end of our meal proved impossible.
