I am extremely disappointed in the customer service center at the Open Road Acura of Wayne. I recommend anyone who needs their car to be serviced to PLEASE NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! There have been now several times where I have taken my car to get serviced there and there is ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH SOMETHING. If something needs to get fixed, they never have a loaner car for you. Upon waiting for my car to get cleaned which they said was gonna be five minutes, forty five minutes later I waited and my car and it never got cleaned but of course they said on the paperwork that it was cleaned so be careful. Also, I needed new brakes and the paperwork that was handed to me said my brakes were fine. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!
