Let me start by saying I only gave one star because I had to in order to write my review. Here are my issues
1. Since March they decided to combine the tv and phone services into one for $10. Which forces you to pay the "bundle" price even though everyone has a cell. (Prior to that it was $6 for the tv and $4 for the phone.)

2. You have to call when your being discharged to cancel services. If not they will continuously bill you.

3. The cut off time for disconnecting is 3pm. If not you will get billed for the whole day. (Though if you don't get a room until 6pm and turn services on your billed for that whole day.)

4. Extremely poor customer service.

Completely a ripoff!
