I'm traveling around Florida almost everyday and when i'm getting close to Lake Worth i must stop at Rustico Italiano Restaurant.
Tony is a great person,he has knowledge of good Italian food and wine.
Personally i believe is a Five stars restaurant with reasonable prices.
