Terrible to work with. They charge us fees even though we had a self directed td Ameritrade account. After changing jobs we tried to just rollover the self directed td Ameritrade account into personal td Ameritrade account and we were told that unified trust does not accept any outside forms to process. Also do not try to talk with anyone in the outside distribution team because they do not accept calls or questions.
Basically unified trust makes it as difficult as possible to remove money from them and will not answer any questions. Stay away at all cost.
