Drivers were early but I think they are not allowed to talk to customers. It is my first time to New York so I was starting a friendly conversation to the driver but he doesn't seem to be interested to talk. They don't even introduce themselves. They only talked when they asked for toll fee and tip which is $20. Carmel did not mentioned that when we booked.They picked us up at La Guardia Airport to Manhattan then back to same after a week.
