I love Bluebonnet, usually great customer service. This time I pulled my Jeep in for service and I couldn t find anyone to help. There was one hard working man in the office that was sweet. He set me up for my services. I was told 1 hour and three hours later I called 2 times then found out it had been ready. Were they ever going to tell me? Then I get my Jeep and there s a cigarette bud left inside of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So gross.
