Disgusting service. Fixed phones that are given for hour recording do not work. National phone does not work. On my GSM, I picked up a woman's voice that kept chuckling, and there were at least a few more giggling voices in the background. I asked to stop laughing so we can understand. After all, it turned out that subscriptions could only be made on Monday.
