It is very positive that is close to the national park and provides a few interesting activities on the water by sea hawk. We have fun there. Negative are in my room at 3rd floor no hot water for shower. And when i asked for upgrade, they have the availability which i normally get free upgrade 1 or 2 level up(included my stay at qasr al sarab), but the reception lady insisited on paid upgrade, more funny is the amount can be bargain. Finally i paid 50 aed to change from city view to river view. I have to say the hotel is a bit mean. Apart from that two, all good.
